Here is our off season conditioning schedule for all sports.
- Athletes must sign up with their coach.
- All students must be cleared through Sportsnet.
- We will be working in 4 week intervals. This means all pods must be stable for 4 weeks. After the 4 weeks, switching of the pods will be permitted.
